Clear Shot Privacy Policy

Effective 24 September 2026. Publisher: Kyrsoft Studios s. r. o.

Clear Shot is a single-player puzzle game: one ball, one shot, break every pane. It works fully offline. This policy explains the small amount of data the game handles and why.

What the game stores on your device

  • Your progress: your best stars and fewest shots on each level, your daily-puzzle results and your best run of first-shot clears.
  • Your balls and hints, and the timers that refill them or keep a booster running.
  • The items you own and use: ball skins, boards and flyers.
  • Your settings: sound, vibration and the effects level.
  • When the last ad was shown, so the game can keep ads spaced out.
  • A copy of today's daily puzzle, which the game builds on the device.

The game has no server of its own. None of the above is sent anywhere by the game, and no account is created: there is no sign-up, no email address is asked for, and no player ID is made.

Deleting what the game stores

Uninstalling the game removes all of it from the device.

Android's own backup

Separately from the game, Android may back up an app's data to your Google account and restore it when you set up a new phone. Clear Shot does not switch this off, so your progress may be copied to your Google Drive by Android itself. This is a device feature, covered by Google's privacy policy, and you can turn it off in your device settings under Backup. The game never reads or writes that copy.

Advertising

The game shows advertisements through Google AdMob. There are two kinds:

  • Occasional full-screen ads, only ever after a level you have cleared, never during your first levels and never close together.
  • Optional ads you choose to watch: for a hint, for the trail booster, for an extra ball, or to swap an upcoming full-screen ad for balls and ad-free time. Nothing is taken from you if you decline.

Ads may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads, subject to your device's advertising settings. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). If you are in the EEA or the UK, a consent form is shown before any ad is requested, and your answer is recorded by Google's User Messaging Platform. See how Google uses information in advertising. Buying “No pop-up ads” removes the full-screen ads for good; the optional ones stay available only if you choose to watch them.

Analytics

The game contains no analytics. Nothing about how you play is recorded off the device or sent anywhere.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. The game receives only a confirmation of the purchase, never payment details.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It contains no chat, no social features and no way to contact other players.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with you. Because the game keeps everything on your own device and sends nothing to us, there is nothing for us to hand over or delete, but you can write to the address below with any question and it will be answered. For the advertising identifier, the controller is Google; their tools are linked above.
