Logic Bounce Privacy Policy

Logic Bounce is a single-player logic puzzle game. It works fully offline. This policy explains the small amount of data the game handles and why.

What the game stores on your device

Your progress: which levels you have finished, your stars, moves, shots, hint credits, your daily-challenge results and your streak.
Your lumens (the in-game currency) and which shop items you own and are wearing.
Your settings: sound, music, haptics.
A randomly generated anonymous player ID, created the first time you open the game.
A nickname, if you choose one.

This version of the game has no server of its own. None of the above is sent anywhere by the game, and no account is created: there is no sign-up, no email address is asked for, and the leaderboard you can open from the main menu is built from your own results on this phone.

Deleting what the game stores

Uninstalling the game removes all of it from the device. That is the complete deletion route, and it is the only one that removes everything.

Settings → Reset campaign progress is narrower, and the screen says so before you confirm it: it clears the levels you have finished, your stars, your move and shot totals, and the results recorded on this device. It deliberately keeps your lumens, the items you own and wear, your hint credits, your daily-challenge history and streak, your nickname and your anonymous player ID. Because it keeps the lumens the campaign already paid you, replaying a level you had already finished does not pay them a second time.

The Google Drive copy Android may have made is separate from both, and is managed in your device's own Backup settings.

Android's own backup

Separately from the game, Android may back up an app's data to your Google account, and restore it when you set up a new phone. Logic Bounce does not switch this off, so your saved progress may be copied to your Google Drive by Android itself. This is a device feature, covered by Google's privacy policy, and you can turn it off in your device settings under Backup. The game never reads or writes that copy.

Advertising

The game shows advertisements through Google AdMob. There are two kinds, and neither ever appears after a failed attempt:

Occasional full-screen ads between levels.
Optional ads you choose to watch: for a hint, to skip a level you are stuck on, to double a daily reward, or for lumens in the shop. Nothing is taken from you if you decline.

Ads may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads, subject to your device's advertising settings. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). If you are in the EEA or the UK, a consent form is shown before any ad is requested, and your answer is recorded by Google's User Messaging Platform. Buying “Remove Ads” removes the full-screen ads for good; the optional ones remain available only if you choose to watch them. See Google's advertising policy.

Analytics

This version of the game contains no analytics. Nothing about how you play is recorded off the device or sent anywhere.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. The game receives only a confirmation of the purchase, never payment details.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It contains no chat, no social features and no way to contact other players.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with you. Because this version of the game keeps everything on your own device and sends nothing to us, there is nothing for us to hand over or delete, but you can write to the address below with any question and it will be answered. For the advertising identifier, the controller is Google; their tools are linked above.
