Last Train Privacy Policy
Effective 15 October 2026. Publisher: Kyrsoft Studios s. r. o.
Last Train is a train-defence action game for Android. The journey is played offline; two optional features use the internet: the online Arena and the cloud save. This policy explains what the game handles, where it goes and how to delete it.
What the game stores on your device
- Your progress: your current journey, your train, wagons, upgrades and materials, the map you have travelled, your statistics.
- Your Gold (the in-game currency), the skins you own and wear, and the purchases this device has recorded.
- Your settings: sound, music, haptics, text size, display quality.
- Your Arena state: rating, season progress, the opponents offered to you and your duel log.
None of this leaves the device unless you use the Arena or the cloud save described below. No account is created: there is no sign-up and no email address is asked for.
The Arena (optional, online)
The Arena lets you fight trains of other players. Nothing is sent until you open it and create an arena profile. From then on, to match you with others, the game sends to our game server (and updates your train there when you reach a station):
- the arena name you choose and the country flag you pick (both are shown to other players, so please do not use your real name);
- a copy of your train as it stands (wagons, upgrades, skins) and its power, so others can fight it;
- your rating and your duel results (wins, losses and who you fought).
Your device creates a random secret that proves the profile is yours; only a one-way hash of it is stored on the server. No email address, device identifier or advertising identifier is sent. The Arena has no chat and no messages between players.
Deleting it: in the Arena, edit your profile and choose Delete my arena profile. Your name, flag, train and rank are removed from the server at once. Profiles that have not been used for 180 days are deleted automatically, and duel records are deleted after 30 days.
Cloud save (optional, online)
In Settings you can turn on the cloud save to move your progress to another phone. Your device then creates a recovery code (for example K7QM-2D9X-HT4R-PW8C) that only you see. The server keeps your game progress under a one-way hash of that code, together with a label of the platform (such as “Android”) and the upload time. Anyone who has the code can load the progress, so keep it private.
Deleting it: Settings → Cloud save → Delete cloud save removes it from the server. Saves that have not been touched for 400 days are deleted automatically.
Our game server
The Arena and the cloud save run on a database hosted by Supabase, which processes this data on our behalf. The legal basis is the performance of the feature you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The data is used only to run these two features, never for advertising and never sold. Like any internet service, the server sees the IP address of your connection; it is not stored with your data, though the hosting provider’s technical logs may keep it for a short time.
Deleting everything on the device
Uninstalling the game removes everything it stored on the device. Settings → Reset progress clears your progress, Gold and skins on this device; it does not touch an Arena profile or a cloud save (delete those as described above).
Android’s own backup
Separately from the game, Android may back up an app’s data to your Google account and restore it on a new phone. Last Train does not switch this off, so your progress may be copied to your Google Drive by Android itself. This is a device feature covered by Google’s privacy policy; you can turn it off in your device settings under Backup.
Advertising
The game shows advertisements through Google AdMob, and only one kind: optional rewarded ads you choose to watch — for example to revive, repair the train, get coal, double loot or open the daily Gold chest. There are no ads between levels and none appear without you pressing a button. Nothing is taken from you if you decline.
Ads may use your device’s advertising identifier to show relevant ads, subject to your device’s advertising settings. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent form is shown before any ad is requested and your answer is recorded by Google’s User Messaging Platform; you can change it at any time in the game under Settings → Ad privacy. For the advertising data, the controller is Google — see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Analytics
The game contains no analytics. Nothing about how you play is sent to us.
Purchases
In-app purchases (Gold, bundles, the Arena Pass) are processed by Google Play. The game receives only a confirmation of the purchase, never payment details.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. The only thing other players can see is the Arena name, flag and train; there is no chat and no way to contact other players.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of any data associated with you, and you may object to its processing or complain to a supervisory authority (in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection). You can delete your Arena profile and cloud save yourself in the game; for anything else write to the address below. Because the server holds no email or device identifier, tell us your Arena name or your cloud-save code so we can find your data.
